On June 17, I'll be one of the "Growth Guru" speakers at the Women's Leadership Exhange conference in Fort Lauderdale. My communication skills workshop is called: "Fight Fire With Diamonds: How to Deal with Difficult People." I'll also be providing "speed coaching" on communication skills between workshops.
